Dikembe Mutombo is a Hall of Fame NBA player, but his dominance started back in his college days at Georgetown.
Mutombo finished his final year as a Hoya with 15.2 points, 12.2 rebounds, and 4.7 blocks per game. But his legend at Georgetown might not be impressive enough for his own son to want to commit to play for his dad's old team.

During what appears to be an airport interview with Dikembe and his son, Ryan Mutombo quickly responded that North Carolina would be his dream school, not Georgetown.
Dikembe responded in the only way he could, finger wagging his own son.
But given the state of Georgetown's basketball program as of late, UNC might be the much better option for Ryan, who is just 15 years old but is already 6-9 and still growing. In a year or two, Ryan Mutombo could elevate himself as one of the top high school centers in the country.
If Ryan gets to that point, there could be a lot of tension in this basketball family.
